We can help you reorder an existing prescription for your current brand of contact lenses at an onsite vision event. To reorder your existing contacts, you will receive a contact lens refitting exam. You will need to bring either your most recent prescription or your current contact lens box. You must also have your current contacts with you for the exam. If any adjustments (prescription change or contact brand change) need to be made to your prescription, you will be referred to a nearby office for an appointment.
We do not offer new contact lens exams during an onsite event. If you need a new brand of contact lenses or a new prescription, we will refer you to a nearby in-network provider who can deliver a new contact lens exam in their office. This ensures that you and your eye doctor can determine your contact lens prescription for new contacts and plan for any contact lens fit and follow-up appointments.
